PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Metro DC Hispanic Contractors Association (MDCHCA) is presenting our in-person training program for business owners interested in understanding the dynamics of subcontracting in the Washington, D.C., region's commercial construction industry.
The Certificate program consists of a series of eleven three-hour in-person sessions ending in a Roundtable Panel with representatives from six of the most important commercial builders in the region where participants can present their capabilities and advocate for contracting their companies in live, ongoing projects.
The Certificate program will include seminars on business structure, finance and administration, risk management, insurance and bonding, contract review, estimation and bidding, training and safety, marketing and business development, and an assessment panel.
Training instructors have been selected from experts in the field, including the most successful professionals from over a dozen large construction and construction-related corporations, as well as members of our Board of Directors, all highly successful businesspersons.
