The DC Hispanic Contractors Association Successfully Completed our March 2024 OSHA 30 Training in Spanish. 

 

We extend our gratitude to the 19 registered construction workers who received their course completion certificate and OSHA card and enriched the class with their personal experiences. This is the sixth version of our Spanish language OSHA 30 program over the years. This program would not have been possible without the support of our partners; the DC Mayor's Office on Latino Affairs who partially supported this March 2024 training. 

 

We appreciate the support and active participation of our small contractor member community. Your efforts in promoting this training and sending workers to it have been invaluable and are a testament to the strength of our association. We also want to recognize our OSHA trainer, Omar Lopez, Cely Argueta, trustworthy coordinator and MDCHCA administrator, Pedro Alfonso, President, Dynamic Concepts, Inc. (DCI), for allowing us to use his training facilities and our new Board Chair, Maribel Rodriguez, President, Eagle Pointe Custom Contractors, LLC.  We are grateful to the active Board Members and the leadership of Jose Sueiro, President & CEO of the Association.
